CAL_REMIND_ORPHA
Reminder has no deliverable recipient — retrying
A reminder came due but there is no attendee to notify: the attendee list is empty and no paid order references the event with a resolvable customer contact. The reminder row is deliberately kept alive so the next cron tick can retry once an operator attaches an attendee. Also fires when every attempted send raised an error (transient e-mail queue outage). Attempt count is tracked on the reminder row.
