CAL_REMIND_HEAL

Reminder auto-healed attendee list from paid orders

Just before dispatching a reminder, the processor discovered the event had no attendees on `core__calendar_attendee` but at least one paid order attached via `shop__order_item.event_id`. It inserted the missing attendee(s) from the order customer(s) and dispatched the reminder normally. Usually points to an earlier attendee-registration race at event-create time — cross-reference `CAL_ATT_DROP` and `CNT_REG_FAIL` near the event's `inserted_date`.
