Reminder retry cap reached — giving up
A reminder failed to dispatch on every attempt up to the retry cap (~10 minutes of automatic retries), or the event's end time passed. The reminder is soft-deleted to stop the retry loop; the customer will not receive an automatic notification. If the event has not yet started, an operator can manually attach an attendee via the admin UI and send the ping from there.
What this code means
