/bff/settings/env-variable-history

Returns the per-value change history for a configuration key, newest first. Each entry includes the member who made the change (when resolvable) and a masked value preview using the same high-secret rules as the list endpoint. Capped at 100 entries. Every call is audited to core__activity as settings.env_view_variable_history (level 1 for high-secret keys).
