/bff/post-geo/sync

Replace-all writer for a post's per-country and per-continent allowlists. Unknown codes abort the whole request before any DELETE, so a typo can never leave the post in a partially-cleared state. Passing empty arrays clears every rule (post becomes globally available); omitting a field entirely leaves that axis untouched. Only supported for kind='post' — branch documents reject the call because their geo availability makes no semantic sense.

2-char continent code (AF/AN/AS/EU/NA/OC/SA).
