/bff/organisation/defaults-for-country

Returns the admin-onboarding default pair for a given HQ country — CZ→(cs, CZK), SK→(sk, EUR), PL→(pl, PLN), DE/AT→(de, EUR), US→(en, USD), GB→(en, GBP). Unknown countries fall back to (en, EUR). The admin "new organisation" form calls this on every country change to pre-select the locale and currency pickers.
