/bff/organisation/ares-lookup

Previews company data from the ARES registry for the admin "new organisation" form. The returned fields are only displayed in the form; the authoritative sync happens inside /organisation/create via setContactCompanyData → syncContactCompanyRecord once the org and its self-contact exist. CZ-only today; other countries will plug in through resolveCompanyRegistryBundle under their own BFF endpoint.

Czech company registration number (IČO). Any format accepted — the server runs parseCompanyRegistrationNumber which extracts the 8-digit value and validates the mod-11 checksum. Non-matching inputs return { found: false } without erroring.
