/bff/newsletter/resend-confirm
Operator-driven re-send of the double opt-in e-mail for a pending core__newsletter row. Bypasses the cooldown enforced on the public /api/v1/newsletter/register-contact endpoint — intended for the "subscriber reports they never got the confirmation e-mail" support flow. Reuses the existing hash so a late click on the original e-mail still works. Returns an error if the subscription is already authorized, canceled, missing an e-mail address, or does not belong to the caller's organisation.
