/bff/issue/unfollow

Removes ONLY the watcher role for the operator — other roles (reporter / assignee / commenter / mentioned) are untouched and still cause notification delivery. No-op when the operator is not a watcher. Fails with NO_CONTACT when the session has no resolved shop__contact.
