/bff/issue/flow-analytics

Returns a single aggregated bundle for the /issue flow panel: daily arrival (new issues) and throughput (status→done events) counts and velocity sums, backlog EOD reconstructed from the current open-count snapshot by rolling back daily net flow, cumulative done within the window (the CFD other half), a priority×day heatmap of arrival, the current open backlog grouped by status category (new/progress/waiting/done), and the window p50/p90/avg wall-clock cycle time of issues closed in the window. The bundle also carries a previous-window mirror of the KPI totals for trend arrows. Spam and secured tickets are excluded from every count for non-root viewers so the numbers match /statistics.
