/bff/contact/bank-account-upsert

Idempotent on (contact, IBAN). The user may submit an IBAN or a Czech account in any common form; getOrCreateBankAccountRef normalises it and rejects invalid values (throws 500 with the reason). The first account added to a contact is always primary regardless of the primary flag.
