/bff/ai/agent-suggestions

Returns a compact list of concrete, org-scoped suggestion prompts derived from the tenant's current data (unpaid orders, overdue invoices, upcoming events, open issues, latest order code, new contacts this month). Only branches with non-zero facts are returned so the empty state never fabricates a suggestion. Cached in-memory for 60 s per organisation.
