/bff/admin/organisation-company-refresh

Forces a fresh ARES fetch for the organisation's internal contact and updates the cached company record, VAT-payer status, unreliable-VAT-payer cross-check, and mirrored org columns. Same underlying flow as /bff/contact/company-refresh but routed via the org slug. Requires internal admin membership.
