/bff/account/switch-org

Updates shop__contact_login_identity.member_id in place, so no new cookie is issued and the identity token stays valid. Cheap alternative to /bff/cms/switch-organisation which rotates the session; the legacy endpoint stays available until the admin UI is migrated.
