/bff/access-request/resolve

Approves or rejects one or more pending access requests. Approving funnels through saveMemberPermissions (so the standard audit/activity/cache-invalidation logic fires). Non-pending rows are silently skipped and reported in the response. Requires the module-accessRequest permission.
