/api/v1/calendar/event-late-cancel

Cancels a reservation less than onlineChangeDeadline before its start: the slot is released, the order stays paid, nothing is refunded and no e-mail is sent. Allowed only when the calendar has late cancellation enabled, at least lateCancelMinBefore before the start and before the access-code e-mail was sent. Idempotent (already_cancelled). 409 responses carry the current cancellation state.
