## Likely causes

- The background job runner has never reported a heartbeat or its heartbeat has expired.
- The runner process stopped or cannot reach the platform.

## How to resolve

2. Scheduled background jobs resume once the runner is back online.
3. Contact support@bizkithub.com if jobs remain stuck for a long time.
