## What happened

Fallback code assigned when a first-party microservice (scout, pdf, proxy, cdn, …) POSTs to `/api/v1/internal/log` without an explicit `code`. Prefer a specific code (e.g. `BLOB_BAK_CRASH`) so dashboards and runbooks can key off it.

## When it is logged

- A BizKitHub microservice reported an event without specifying a dedicated code.
