## What happened

A request to a public or internal API surface raised an exception that bypassed the per-route handlers. The client received a generic 500 response.

## Likely causes

- An API request triggered an unexpected exception that no specific handler caught.
- Invalid or unexpected input reached code that did not validate it.
- A dependency such as the database or an external provider failed during the request.

## How to resolve

1. Open the log detail in admin to see the URL, error type, and cause.
2. If the request was sent by your integration, check the request payload and retry.
3. If the error persists for valid requests, contact support@bizkithub.com with the log entry.
