## What happened

An external client reported an event via the public tracking endpoint. The level (info / warning / error) is supplied by the client.

## Likely causes

- An external client or integration sent a log event to the public tracking endpoint without its own code.
- The level and message are supplied by the reporting client.

## How to resolve

1. Read the log message to identify the reporting client and its error.
2. Fix the issue in the reporting application.
3. Integrations should send their own dedicated code so events are grouped correctly.
