Troubleshooting

Follow these steps to resolve this error:

1

Your user account exists and the process for logging in works. One of your organisation's administrators has blocked your user account and you are blocked from retrieving and modifying data about your organisation.

2

Managing permissions and policies for blocking access to an organization's account is entirely up to each organization. Contact your administrator. BRJ cannot provide further information or defend your rights in this matter.

3

The organisation does not have to give a reason for blocking your account. The conditions for blocking are governed by the organization's internal settings and is entirely in the hands of the live administrators. Administrators are prompted to provide a reason when blocking your account, which will be sent to your email; however, providing a relevant reason cannot be enforced by the BRJ organization.
