Fio API rate limit hit (one call per token every 30 s).

Fio answered HTTP 409 because the same API token was already used within the last 30 seconds. Fio enforces this per token, across every client, so an earlier call from another system (or an aborted call of ours) also counts.

Make sure the same token is not used by another integration that polls Fio frequently.
