Tickets
Every organization that works with customers or on more complex projects needs a place where every suggestion, task, and error report is recorded — and where it will be visible who is addressing it, what stage it is in, and how it was ultimately closed. The `/issue` module is a full-fledged issue tracker that fulfills this role: it records incoming tickets (whether from an internal team or from contact forms on the website), assigns them to responsible persons, monitors progress, and — which is a key difference from traditional trackers — automatically processes routine inquiries using AI. The AI workflow can classify spam, suggest a reply...Forms
Forms are a fundamental way in any digital operation to get structured information from a visitor — whether it's a simple contact inquiry, an event registration, a satisfaction survey, or a complaint request. The `/form` module therefore serves as a universal tool for designing, publishing, and managing such forms. An administrator can create their own forms as needed, define their fields, and view submitted responses in the same interface. The entire philosophy of the module is based on the idea that a form is not a rigid template, but a living object that can be edited, deactivated, copied over time...Contacts
Contacts are at the core of every customer-oriented organization — they represent a unified record of all persons and companies with whom you communicate or do business. The `/contact` module therefore brings together registered accounts, guests created during one-off orders, business partners, test accounts, and archived records into a single overview, to which orders, complaints, newsletters, credit, and email communication history are linked. Thanks to this, a contact is not just a row in a database, but a living profile where the entire customer relationship converges.Calendar
The `/calendar` page is used for managing calendars and tracking availability in time slots. It allows you to create any number of calendars — for example, for service bookings, resource occupancy, shift planning, equipment rental, or rental terms. Each calendar has its own color, time zone, and an independent list of events.
